The weekly view
A week's agent sessions, hours, tokens and estimated cost per person and per project — sort, filter and download it as CSV, or get it by email.
History → Weekly answers "how much did our agents do last week, and who used what?" Weeks run Monday to Sunday, in UTC.
#What it shows
At the top, the week's totals: sessions, hours of agent activity, files changed, commits, how many times an agent needed someone, and how many times a guardrail was reached. Under them, two tables — by person and by project — each with sessions, hours, files changed, commits, tokens, estimated cost and how often agents needed someone, a small bar for each row's share of the hours, and a Total row.
- Sort: select a column heading; select it again to reverse the order. Tables start with the most hours first.
- Filter: type in Filter people or Filter projects to show only the names that contain it.
- CSV: downloads exactly the rows shown, in the same order, as a CSV file (agent hours to one decimal, cost in dollars). Each download is recorded in the audit log. A name a spreadsheet could run as a formula is written so it can't.
Use ← and → beside the week's dates to move between weeks. The current week shows "this week so far".
#How it's counted
- Sessions are main agents; each session's subagents are counted in its tokens and cost, not as extra sessions.
- Hours are the time from a session's start to its last signal.
- ≈ Cost is an estimate at API prices from the tools' own telemetry. On a Claude plan you aren't charged this; it's there to compare. Tools that send no usage (Cursor) count as zero.
- A session belongs to the week it started in.
- Files changed and commits come from the work record, which needs the Agentower hook version 4 or later; agents on an older hook count as zero. They count work by the week it happened in, not the week its session started. A file counts once per turn: changed three times in one turn, it's one; changed in two turns, it's two. A subagent's files and commits count towards its parent agent's person and project.
#The Monday email
Anyone can switch on Weekly email in Settings. Every Monday morning it sends last week's summary — hours, tokens and ≈ cost per person and project — with a link to the page. Weeks with no sessions send nothing.
Everyone in the team sees the same weekly view.
