Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Agentower, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Agentower you agree to them. If you use Agentower for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
What Agentower is
Agentower shows the status of the coding agents you and your team run — which are working, which are waiting on someone and which have failed — and lets you allow, deny or message them where a tool supports it. It doesn’t write code, run terminals or run your agents: they keep running in your own tools, on your own machines and plans.
Agentower is new. Features may change, and some are still being built.
Beta
- Agentower is in beta. Features, limits and prices may change as we learn what works.
- If we change a price, we’ll email workspace owners at least 30 days before it applies to you. For other changes that matter, we’ll email owners or tell you in the app.
- During the beta, Agentower is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here takes away rights you have under UK consumer law.
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time, as described under “Plans and payment”.
- We’d love your feedback; the Feedback button in the app sends it to us (see the privacy policy).
Your account
- Agentower is for people at work, aged 18 or over.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Workspace owners decide who joins, who can approve each project and whether “Agent chats” — answering and messaging agents from Agentower — is on, and are responsible for the people they invite.
Your agents and your answers
- You stay responsible for what your agents do, and for every allow, deny, reply or message sent from your account — including by an API key you created. Keep keys secret; revoke any you no longer use. Agentower passes your answer on; it doesn’t check whether it’s wise.
- Answers and messages from Agentower reach an agent only if that agent’s computer allows it (“Remote answers”, off unless its user turns it on). Requests the app can’t show in full must be approved in the terminal.
- Your terminal keeps working alongside Agentower, and whichever answer comes first wins. We don’t promise that an answer from Agentower will arrive before the agent moves on, or at all.
- Routines run Claude Code on your own computer, on your own Claude plan, with that computer’s permissions — only after you’ve confirmed the routine on that computer, and again whenever it changes. You’re responsible for what a routine’s brief asks for and what it does.
- Guardrails and notifications help you notice things sooner. They’re not a guarantee: some tools can’t be paused, and a pause takes effect at the agent’s next step. Don’t rely on Agentower as your only safeguard.
Your data
What you and your agents send to Agentower stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Agentower to you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Fair use
Don’t use Agentower to break the law, to overload or attack the service, to access other people’s workspaces, or to resell it. Don’t test its security without our written permission — if you find a problem, tell us at hello@agentower.com.
Plans and payment
- Signing up gives no access until an owner adds a card in Stripe Checkout. That starts Solo with a free period: a 14-day free trial or, during the beta while one of the 5 free places is open, 6 months free. Nothing is charged during the free period. When the free period ends, the card is automatically charged $5 (US dollars) + VAT for Solo, and every month after that, until it’s cancelled. To avoid any charge, cancel before the free period ends in Settings → Billing → Manage billing; we email the owner 3 days and again 24 hours before the free period ends, each time saying how to cancel and how to delete everything. An email address gets one free period only. During the 14-day trial, access is one day at a time: each day you want to use Agentower you press “Continue for 24 hours”, which gives a 24-hour pass up to the end of the trial, and between passes the workspace is paused and your agents’ reports are not taken. The 6-month free places have no daily passes. Team and Enterprise have no free period and are paid from checkout. If the workspace is paused or the subscription ends, your data is kept as the privacy policy describes. Solo costs $5 (US dollars) per month + VAT, for one person. Team costs $12 (US dollars) per seat per month + VAT, billed monthly. Enterprise costs $20 per seat per month + VAT, billed annually ($240 per seat per year + VAT), with a minimum of 10 seats, and can be bought in Settings → Billing. All prices exclude VAT, which Stripe adds at checkout at the rate for your country (see the next point).
- Solo, Team and Enterprise are paid by card through Stripe. Team runs on calendar months (UTC): the subscription renews on the 1st of each month until it’s cancelled, and seats for the first, partial month are charged for the part of the month left. Enterprise is paid a year at a time, from the day you buy it: seats added during the year are charged for the part of the year left, and seats don’t go down until the year renews. Card details go to Stripe; Agentower never sees them. Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe sells the subscription to you as the seller of record, works out and pays the VAT due in your country, and issues the receipts and invoices, so Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment. The service itself, these terms and our refund promise below come from Agentower. If the same workspace is accidentally checked out twice, the duplicate subscription is cancelled and refunded in full automatically.
- Seats follow the size of your team: when someone joins or leaves, the number of seats changes and Stripe adjusts the next invoice for the part of the month used. On Enterprise, seats only go up during the year, never below the minimum.
- Only workspace owners can start a subscription, change the card, see invoices or cancel, in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. If a workspace with more than one person goes back to Solo, nobody is removed: everyone becomes read-only — they can see the board and export their data, but can’t answer agents or create keys, and their agents stop reporting — until Team or another plan is chosen.
- Nothing is charged without an owner’s agreement at checkout. If it isn’t right for you, cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund to your card (one full refund per workspace and per person, by the owner’s email address — deleting your account and signing up again doesn’t give another, and a refund Stripe makes itself through Managed Payments counts as that one) — with “Cancel and get a full refund” in Settings → Billing, or by writing to hello@agentower.com. After that we don’t refund part of a month or year: cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- While a workspace has access (a paid plan, or its free period), reporting your agents to Agentower and your public stats are never charged per use. Reading and acting through the API (MCP, export and agent actions) is counted per workspace per calendar month: Solo includes 1,000 calls a month, after which API calls stop until the next month; Team includes 25,000 calls a month, and calls beyond that are priced per call as shown on our pricing page, in tiers that get cheaper with volume. They appear on the monthly invoice, each tier listed separately, and are capped at $250 per product per month: past the cap, API calls stop until the 1st of the next month (UTC). Enterprise includes 250,000 API calls a month, then the same per-call prices as Team, with the same $250 cap by default, which a workspace owner can raise in Settings → Billing (up to $10,000). Solo is never charged for API calls beyond its allowance (calls stop instead). Until we switch per-call billing on, these charges are shown on your Usage page but not billed; we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before they are.
- Agentower adds no fee on tokens. You pay your AI providers directly, under their terms.
Other services
Agentower works alongside tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, and services such as Slack. Their use is governed by their own terms. Agentower isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by their makers; their names are trade marks of their owners.
Availability
We work to keep Agentower running, but it’s provided as it is, without a promised level of availability. We may change or stop features, and will give reasonable notice before closing the service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited. Otherwise, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or for anything your agents do; and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £100 if that’s more.
Ending
You can stop using Agentower at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings, straight away. If your workspace is deleted with it, its subscription (Solo, Team or Enterprise) is cancelled at the same moment — during a free period nothing is charged; within 14 days of your first payment it’s refunded in full (one refund per workspace and per person); otherwise there’s no refund for the rest of the month or year; if we can’t reach Stripe to do that, nothing is deleted and you can try again. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and tell account holders by email before a change that affects them takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
