Everyday use

The log

Every change of state of your team's agents — today, this week, this month or all time — newest first.

History → Log lists what your team's agents did, newest first: when each one started working, needed someone, went idle, finished or failed, and why (for example "needs you: Needs your permission to use Bash"). Project names lead; each line also shows the agent's name.

#Changes or state changes

The filter at the top picks All, Changes or State changes. Changes lists what agents did — files changed, test runs, commits, pushes, pull requests and the totals when a turn finished — from the work record; State changes lists when they started, needed someone, went idle, finished or failed.

#Pick a range

Choose Today (the default), Week, Month, 6 months, Year or All time, then use ← and → to step to the previous or next day, week, month and so on. Days follow your browser's time zone; weeks run Monday to Sunday; 6 months are January–June and July–December.

The log shows 200 lines at a time — Load more fetches the next 200. While the range includes today, new lines appear as they happen.

#How far back it goes

Everything kept since your workspace started. When a range starts before the first thing recorded, the end of the list says so — for example "Nothing recorded before 28 Sep 2026". History is kept for a year on Team (7 days on Solo once paid plans start); older lines are deleted.

Each workspace can keep up to 4,000 changes of state a day on Solo and 20,000 on Team (UTC days). Beyond that, the board still updates live, but the rest of that day's changes don't appear in the log — see Workspace limits.

The log never holds messages, prompts, commands or code — only the change of state and its reason, and the work record's counts (with names only where Work details is on). To take it out, use Export (the "State changes" dataset).
